Parents, here's the whole playbook
Communication with parents is how we get it right for every child. Division Heads and directors are always available — and this page covers the everyday logistics.
Everyday logistics
You always know what's happening
A full minute-to-minute schedule for the next day is posted to a parent group chat every afternoon. Updates, live photos, waivers and important notices come by WhatsApp and email, so you always know what's happening at camp.
Camp hours
Drop-off runs from 8:30 AM with the game room open; the camp schedule starts at 9:00 AM and pick-up is 3:15–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
Lunch & snacks
Send a nut-free dairy lunch, or add the optional catered lunch program during registration and choose which weeks to receive it. Snacks morning and afternoon, an end-of-day ice pop, and water stations around camp.
Transportation
Optional daily transportation to and from camp is available as a registration add-on. Trip-day transport is included and supervised.
If your child will be absent
Please call the day before if you know your child won't attend. For unexpected absences, we ask for a phone call by 9:00 AM.
Medication
All medication for camp hours goes to the camp nurse, clearly marked with your camper's name, with a signed note of dosage instructions.
Label everything
Water bottles, towels, swim gear, sunscreen — everything with a name finds its way home. See the full packing list on the What to Bring page.

What camp parents say
Almost every camper returns the following summer. These notes (shared by parents with the camp) are why:
“Camp is not only fun filled with adventures each and every day but instills Judaism in such a fun way that it actually sticks and makes them feel proud! What more can a Jewish mama ask for?! You guys are simply the best!!”
“The kids all had a blast and are asking already to sign up for another session next summer!! The field trips were outstanding, the counselors were so nice, the theme days were adorable, they also loved learning new skills and talents from the wonderful instructors and coaches!!”
“We couldn't be happier with this summer program! My son absolutely loved every minute of it and came home so excited every day! We also loved how great the communication was!! Everything was so clear, organized, and well communicated, which made the whole summer experience even better!!”
“I am truly blown away by how smoothly this camp runs with three different divisions for three different age groups, each one perfectly tailored to their age and interests. I had a child in each division, and wow, it honestly felt like three completely different camps, each designed exactly for their age group! And the Sabra division for the middle schoolers is truly something special!”
“Without exaggeration, I have never seen my daughter wake up with so much energy and excitement to go to camp (or anywhere, for that matter!) for so many days in a row. As a parent, seeing that kind of happiness and enthusiasm day after day is priceless. I'm one very happy parent!!”
“I can honestly say this camp exceeded every expectation! Every day was filled with something exciting — amazing adventures, creative activities, incredible trips, new skills, and so much fun. My child came home not only happy and excited, but also feeling proud of being Jewish and excited to share what they learned. The counselors and staff truly put their hearts into making every child feel special. We are already counting down until next summer!”
